Good condition with small tear at bottom. 9-1/4 x 12-3/4" The short story, "A fine piece of machinery" by Everett Greenbaum was published in the Saturday Evening Post, March 25, 1967.Tells of his family's 1926 Pierce Arrow 80 from the time his father bought it new until it was stolen and stripped of its aluminum body just prior to WWII. The car survived fire and a crash with a street car which splintered its wooded frame but was rebuilt in 3 weeks. The story speaks to the durability of these cars.
