It is not artist signed, but I have in my collection a similar looking lady with the exact curly hair signed by Knowles Hare so I’m just presuming that this is some of his work, but not positive . this has advertising for Anacortes, Washington Mercantile Lee Bradley president as a full complete calendar pad for 1927, including the cover also advertising for Craddock shoes, long wear shoes, trademark of a bell exceptional clean.
