(PHOTO 2) THERE IS LIGHT EXTERIOR SOILING BUT THE REAL CONDITION ISSUE IS HEAVY PAPER TONING/BROWNING TO ALL THE PAGES. ALL 256 PAGES ARE FULLY INTACT WITH NO CHIPS OR NICKS. THE OUTER BOARDS HAVE A FEW SMALL NICKS IN THE PAPER SURFACE ON THE LONG EDGE (PHOTO 6) AND SURFACE CORNER WEAR. Heavily browned pages are typically very fragile, so please bear that in mind.
