A great find from a local New England estate! This scarce antique magazine is 94 years old! In great condition for being nearly 100 years old! Exterior shows some light soiling and rubbing, minor creasing, and general wear around the extremities, including bumping to the corners. The spine also shows a bit of soiling and very minor loss, but the issue number, title and publication date can easily be read. Internally, this volume is in great shape overall. Both covers and all page groupings remain firmly attached to the stapled binding. Staples show just very light rusting as pictured. This volume is clean and free from bookplates, signatures, inscriptions and library markings. The text block of this volume is very throughout. There is some typical age-related toning to the pages, the odd spot of light soiling or foxing, and some general corner creasing and edge wear, but otherwise this volume is clean and free from rips, tears, writing and markings.
