Batteries - I apologize don't normally ship with batteries most devices will not have the batteries in them (unless I get it with good batteries already installed. It is just not cost effective with both shipping and returns missing the batteries. Items that require power I have checked for function and if it does not work I will say so. I check battery compartments and will state if it is not clean in working order. Guarantees - I offer 30 day free returns and 60 days on some items with few exceptions mainly international (these fees are out of my control so just not practical). Any problems or issues in shipping or damage I work with the individuals to correct the problem. If there is a problem do not hesitate to let me know. Sometimes packages are delayed though the shipping company and I may not yet be aware of the problem.
