Description: 13" tall stuffed doll w/Velveteen/corduroy/felt body. Character Novelty Co., 1940s. © WDP. Complete w/hat, bow tie and four plastic buttons on front of shirt. Sewn tag present on side. White areas aged to tan. Head is torn at the front but intact in the back. Could be glued or sewn but I'm leaving as is, every time I try to repair something I make it worse. Bits missing from side of face fabric, see photos. Soiled and dusty, needs cleaning and repair of the head but otherwise adorably collectible. I think I photographed it well, ask questions prior to purchase. I thought this would look nice under the vintage Christmas Tree I set up every year, but running out of room. I am guessing on the shipping, if shipping is excessive by $1 I will refund postage overcharge. Smoke, pet, substance free seller.
