Description: 1930s HUBERD'S Advertising Genuine Neatsfoot Leather Oil Tin Can, Empty Click images to enlarge Description VINTAGE 1930s ADVERTISING TIN Interesting and unusual vintage 1930s metal advertising HUBERD'S Genuine NEATSFOOT OIL Compound tin measuring 5-1/4" tall. Featuring great graphics on each side, it was manufactured by HUBERD SHOE GREASE CO., INC. McMINNVILLE, OREGON. Created in the 1920s as a leather treatment made from beeswax, pine tar and other ingredients to treat lumberjack boots to make them last longer and keep workers feet dry. Condition is very nice with a minor, faint compression dent on one side - tin is empty, clean and complete with the metal screw cap. Visually interesting, it would be a fun addition to any advertising or tin collection or display! If questions, please contact me - thanks!
