NOTE: There is a small circular opening along the back which may have been for a carrying chain and/or lipstick holder. Design: Hand-painted garlands of pink roses and blue forget-me-nots on a center vignette. Inside the lid you will find a rouge pot in the base with an original puff. The lid has a shiny surface metal that acts like a mirror. The back of the compact is enamel. Lid snaps shut firmly.
