Its brands include Western Cutlery, West Cut, ... West Cut is a registered trademark of Western Cutlery in the 1930s. This knife has the blade forged from the fine carbon steel. The handle has good fitting for durability, strength, & balance. It has the design of split or double tang construction for knife making invented by Harlow C.
