By Hamish Blair, the pseudonym of Andrew James Fraser Blair, a Scottish author who also wrote '1957' and 'Governor Hardy'. CONDITION In the original publisher's cloth binding, in the original unclipped dust wrapper. Externally, smart. Minor bumping to the head and tail of the spine and to the extremities. Some minor marks to the boards, a little heavier to the rear board. Spots to the fore edge. Author's inscription to the recto of the front endpaper. Minor edge wear to the dust wrapper, with small chips and closed tears, heavier to the head and tail of the spine, and to the folds of the fly leaves. Wraps are discoloured, mostly to the spine. Light marks to the wraps, including to the reverse. Internally, firmly bound. Pages are bright and clean, with only a few occasional spots.
