Description: A nice naval cover mailed from the U.S.S. Sirius, a U.S. Navy cargo ship. Franked with United States Scott #702, the 2¢ Red Cross stamp from 1931. The stamp is tied to the cover by a three-bar U.S.S. Sirius postmark dated November 25, 1931, with "HAMTONROADS" and "VA." between the bars. Note the misspelling of Hampton Roads. On the reverse there is an Oshkosh, Wis. Gen. Del. postmark dated November 27, 1931 This cover measures 153mm x 89mm.
