Both plates almost lay flat. Both plates have bends, scuffs, dents, paint loss, paint fading, surface rust, and other imperfections. Both plates have two extra screw holes on the bottom of the plates. One of the plates has some pretty good surface rust on the back. It is only superficial. The plates measure 14 inches by 6 inches.
