So correct that his mistress is not afraid to take him out to tea in public. He is becoming a familiar sight in Vienna streets for he accompanies his mistress on every walk and even in the cafes - although diners took some time to get used to him - he is fast becoming a favourite. But Golem, though he doesn't know it, is an experiment. His mistress has taken him and is rearing him to prove whether or not his natural instincts will assert themselves as he grows older. Many attempts have been made to keep pet lions, but in each case the animals have finished their days behind bars. Golem's mistress, however, is hopeful that he will prove otherwise and she is writing a book about her investigations and conclusions. Shows: Golem takes tea with his mistress in a Vienna Cafe.
