Tells of McKesson-Robbins rifle contract Frederick Wingersky (right, holding papers) is shown as he declared in New York December 19 he drafted, at the behest of J. Donald Coster Philip Musica, a contract for the purchase of rifles by McKesson and Robbins, Incorporated and Standard Oil of England. The contract for the rifles, Wingersky, a Boston lawyer, said, called for their export to a non-belligerent nation, but so far as he knew the contract was never consummated.
