Some original paint left. But lots of surface rust. Lots of dents and dings. Scrapes and scratches. The metal is still strong if you were thinking of having the plate restored. Please look at the pictures closely. They are part of the description. This is legal to use in Washington under the (YOM) law. Year of Manufacture. Any vehicle 30 years old or older that isn’t a daily driver can pay a one time fee and permanently register vintage plates to their vehicle.
