Description: Antique light pink antique glass light shade dates from the late 1930's or early 1940's. Bell shape has hand-painted florals and a Parrot. Blue stripe around body. Sides are sloped towards fitter. Dimensions: 2.25" Fitter as measured from outside / from inside is 1.75". Height = 5.5". Bottom Diameter = 7-5/8 Condition: Excellent condition. Unusually, no chip on fitter (these shades were frequently handled changing light bulbs and almost always have a few knocks around the fitter). There is a 1/4" nick off inside bottom rim (not visible and, frankly, took me 20 minutes to find it). No breaks, mends, repairs, cracks, hairlines, blemishes, or mentionable boo-boo's. Paint intact with good color and without scratches or erosion.Unpacked weight: 1 lb. 11 oz. Always happy to pass through discounts on combined shipping.
