China Medal of the Brilliant Light instituted in 1937 awarded to the Armed Forces for outstanding performance or exhibiting special technical skills. Numbered "1348" on reverse.光华奖章是中华民国时期颁发的奖章。奖章中心图案是日光透射出云层，四周为光芒，象征荣获此章者，克服困难，冲破阻碍，终于使光明四照。 1937年9月7日，国民政府公布经修订的《陆军海空军奖励条例》，增加了光华奖章，并规定当年十月十六日起施行。 光华奖章，颁发给陆海空军军人于战时或平时著有功绩，或学术技能特有专长。又，非军人或外籍人员，尽力于军事著有劳绩，或捐助军用器具物品，及其发明或改良有益於军用者，亦可颁给之。光华奖章分甲、乙两种，每种又分一、二两等，为襟授，有表。甲种奖章颁发给校官及以上之军官，乙种颁发给尉官及以下之官兵，初次颁发二等，再次颁一等，并依需要以星加缀。按照《陆海空军奖励条例施行细则》的规定，能够颁发光华奖章的条件如下： 第2条.凡具有左列各款事迹之一者，得依照本条例第九条之规定颁给陆海空军奖章、光华奖章或干城奖章。一.忠勇奋发适时达成作战任务者。二.能主动攻击或坚守阵地达成预定任务者。三.冒敌炮火，支援或督导作战，因激励士气，而造成战斗胜利者。四.掩护或支援作战，圆满达成任务获致胜利者。五.友军陷于危急，主动支援救助而卓著功绩者。六.参赞戎机，殚精竭虑，因而获致重大之战果者。七.执行各项作战支援勤务，功绩特著者。八.深入敌后作战或工作，能适时达成任务，并着有功绩者。九.应付非常或重大事变，或破献重大叛乱非法案件，切合机宜着有功绩者。一○.其他特殊事迹足资模范者Check out my other listings now for more Chinese antiques !
