PostmarkEd in The 1940s . In good condition . Priced to sell. The Dehra Dun camp held Jewish detainees who were German citizens who had fled Germany before the war. Refered to by the British at "Friendly enemy aliens" they were locked up for the duration of the war. Extremely rare and scarce, about 850 Jewish refugees were imprisoned in British India during the war. Note this cover says it was mailed by a prisoner in the central interment camp .
