Native of Fresno, California, Vivien joined the band five months ago and in that short period of time has risen to star billing. The regular "Hour of Charm" broadcast, expected to play before 10,000 persons in the auditorium, will bring the all-girl orchestra, under the direction of Phil Spitalny, to New Orleans for the first time.
