Description: This 82-year-old pamphlet measures 8x5.5 and is 4 pages in length. This pamphlet is a plea to raise money for the Charles W. Morgan restoration. This ship was built in 1841 and was initially used for whaling purposes. It was rescued and restored by Carl Cutler who was curator of the museum and author of the book, “Greyhounds of the Sea”. The pamphlet has some yellowing of age, but other than that is in good condition.
