But the Navy shut down the Marine unit at Duke November 1, transferred these three stars to Carolina, and sent a Tar Heel seaman or so to Duke. This is the first picture of the former Blue Devils in their new Carolina uniforms, who'll be in the Tar Heel lineup against Yale at New Haven November 18 and against their old teammates on the 25th.
