A hand pumper and a hose reel of Civil War Vintage has been turned over to Hennepin county Sheriff Earle Brown by Minneapolis Fire Chief Gorge. The aged equipment will be among fire department relics that will be in a public museum t be built by the sheriff. The hand pumer was originally owned by Eastman Gibson Milling fire company and was later displayed by Northern Pump Co. The reel top was first developed by the Millers association fire company and later by the Western Crosby Co. Photo measures 9.75 x 8 inches. Photo is dated 2-14-1946.
