In excellent condition. Priced to sell. Postmarked August 24, 1946. Before and during world war 2 many Jews fleeing Nazi persecution took refuge in Shanghai China forming a ghetto. After the war, with the Nazi's defeated, and civil war in China heating up, many sought to go to Palestine or the USA. Nice envelope.
