Description: When removing the dirt from inside the planter, I checked it for leaks and it held water nicely. I personally would only use it with plastic lining it or faux plants to protect it. But maybe they're more resilient than I would guess. I just like to err on the side of safety myself. It measures I pack carefully and pad, as needed, to keep items safe on their journey.
