Please use photos for condition & ask questions if necessary, chrome has much rub wear & pitting, from my research the base looks to be from 1949-50 but the birdlike top looks like it may be an add on (cannot see any numbers due to much corrosion), has 2 of the mounting screws but they are very rusty, as such sold for DISPLAY OR RESTORATIONShipping - Shipping is via ground advantage shipping (3-10 business days).
