1952 Topps Baseball 5¢ Wax Pack Wrapper Mickey Mantle Rookie RC Mays High Grade

Description: Condition:This is a vintage original five cent wrapper from the highly desirable 1952 Topps issue. This wrapper has great eyeappeal being so well-centered and having such bright, bold color. It has a touch of light wear near the card cornerpoints which is very common and expected for most all wrappers, especially one that is nearly 75 years old andbeing from an issue where Topps manufactured with very sensitive/thin wax paper to wrap the beautiful 1952 cards. When viewing under a bright light and 3x magnification, I see a small repaired tear area near the middle of the bottom edge which is hard todetect, and a small 1/16” x 1/8” piece missing which undoubtedly occurred as its owner opened the pack to revealthe bubble gum and five brand new 1952 Topps baseball cards. Notwithstanding these minor imperfections, thiswrapper is very nice with strong eye appeal, great centering, and very bold, bright color. It would be a worthy additionto the finest 1952 Topps card collection or any baseball wrapper collection.
