Description: Here we have a new, steel fuel tank only for 1953 - 1954 Chevy cars. Our part number is 53-CG They are built by Tanks Inc. and measure 29-1/4" x 21-1/4" x 8-1/4" 16 gallon. Internally baffled to minimize sloshing. (Chevy forgot to do that on these tanks) Includes mounting straps, 3/8" npt pick-up tube & vent. (fittings supplied by buyer) Accepts the common 5-bolt fuel level sending unit (not included) Most tanks are in stock and will normally ship within 1-2 business days.
