Soviet Deputy Premier Walter Ulbright (left photo) and Premier Otto Grotewohl of the Soviet zone in Berlin were targets of special denunciation by thousands of irate East Germans today in the biggest anti-Red demonstration ever staged in a communist country. The demonstrators shouted such slogans as "down with the government" and "down with Ulbright and Grotewohl".
