Temperatures of 5 degrees above zero greeted Donna Pratt, homecoming queen of the University of California at Los Angeles, right. who left her 80 degree weather behind her. She was met by Carol Ann Lundstrom, 2122 Eleanor Avenue, St. Paul, homecoming queen of the University of Minnesota. Carol Ann, wise to the ways of Minnesota winter, helped Donna bundle up. Donna's visit was to help inaugurate Minneapolis-to-west coast air coach service by Western Air Lines. Photo measures 10 x 8 inches. Photo is dated 12-15-1953.
