Description: This listing is for a Fiftieth Anniversary commerative beverage coaster made for the DeKalb Commercial Body Corp. of DeKalb, Illinois. The coaster, slightly larger than three inches in diameter, is in pristine condition and it appears to have never been used as a drink coaster. DeKalb’s delivery vehicles from 1904 and 1954 are depicted in a stylized hourglass in the coaster’s center. The encircling script reads, “America’s Finest Products are Delivered in America’s Finest Bodies.” It’s a colorful and durable company artifact that will, with proper care, remain in excellent condition indefinitely.
