This item and subsequent items we are listing were acquired from the estate of a officer that served in the Psychological Warfare Department during the Korean and Cold war. This officer has also possessed propaganda/PSYOPS documents from earlier and later parts of the Cold War including World War II and from early in the Vietnam War. The precis attached to the leaflet describing its intent was at the time not a publicly available item. The booklet measures 8" x 13" and contains 10 pages.
