It grades PSA 5 , one of ELEVEN at the grade (POP 11,) with 30 higher. This is a strong-mid grade. Pricing is in-line with the last 3 sales of a PSA 5 SOLO (not the panel) from North American ebay sales. There was an outlier, poorly listed example from Sweden that sold for less than a PSA 3.
