The casting number people often quote instead is P-89101-19 (cast into it). The Location of the Pipe shows this piece was made for use on a Delco Electric Wiper Motor as they tip the coordinator 90 degrees when installed compared to the vacuum wiper motors. I am Unsure of exact application. The dash 17 on the part number puts it at or about 1958, no earlier. Tested and working, see photo of it under vacuum holding steady. Any questions?
