MEASURES: 12” x 8.75” CONDITION: 1st (pictured) Front and back cover have slight yellowing of edges, foxing and edge bumping (rounding of corners). Internal pages are nearly pristine with a few spots (yellow, small, almost unnoticeable) on the initial partially see through internal first page as well as edge bumping (rounding) of the corners on some. Overall Condition: Very Good Condition! 2nd (not pictured). Cover wear front crimp top right and mid crease, slight yellowing of edges of covers front and back.
