This 1959 county exempt plate shows rubs, scratches, action around bolt holes (2 low-edged ones crack thru to edge), bumping & some straightening, scraping, some kind of residue & weathering to the plain aluminum base, crack-thru on #8, top edge folded to back (you could fix – see 2nd photo), etc. Photos show some light reflections.
