This card was part of a 2500+ Autographed Card Collection owned by Loring Morrison of Maine. Loring collected these autographs over a 30 year period. He died in 2002 and his entire collection was auctioned by Heritage Auction Galleries of Dallas, Texas in May 2006. I was fortunate enough to win a good portion of that collection (500+) and I am now offering all of them for sale over the next few months. Joe was a member of the Kansas City Athletics on this card. Joe was born November 19, 1930, (ref. Wikipedia). Joe also played for the following teams in his career: Milwaukee Braves Kansas City Athletics Philadelphia Phillies Cleveland Indians St. Louis Cardinals Player Notes: Joe played in the majors for 4 years. Joe was inducted into the Boston Red Sox Hall of Fame in 2006. Joe also coached the following teams in his career: Pittsburgh Pirates Boston Red Sox Joe also managed the following teams in his career: Boston Red Sox This card was part of an Auction lot sold by Heritage Auction Galleries of Dallas, Texas in May of 2006. The entire lot was Pre-Certified by PSA/DNA and you will get a Letter of Authenticity (LOA) dated May 6, 2006, see image 3.
