Otto Kerner Jr.(August 15, 1908 – May 9, 1976) was an American jurist and politician who served as the 33rd Governor of Illinois from 1961 to 1968 and a United States Circuit Judge of the United States Court of Appeals for the Seventh Circuit. As a federal judge, he chaired the National Advisory Commission on Civil Disorders, but was forced to step down from the bench after being convicted of mail fraud. Many, notably the researchers Barnhart and Schlickman, believe that Kerner's convictions remained unfair and may well have been overturned had he lived longer.Welcome to my EBAY store (tg-stuff) and have fun browsing around and please read these business rules before making any purchases. To ship your items in the regular mail at the first class postage rate would cause damage by the postal machine smashing the package.(5) In the event that you are issued a partial refund for shipping due to multiple orders that were not combined. You will only be issued a refund of $3.00 per package/order instead of the full amount. This is due to eBay not refunding their postage commission percentage back to me.
