This book measures appx 5 3/4 x 4 1/4 and contains 173 pages. The rule book has a hard cover, and the content pages are a mid-grade paperstock. It is used but in very good/excellent condition. There are no rips or tears, and the binding is secure with all pages firmly in place. The name of the employee to whom it was issued is written on the inside cover page, which also has some other railroad numbering, but I see no writing or marking on any of the content pages. This is a great collectible item for anyone who is a BR fan or for the person interested in electrified railroads.
