Description: This is an Original Italian first Printing of 1968's Nuda Sotto La Pelle (Naked under Leather) or Girl on a Motorcycle (USA/UK release title). Marianne Faithfull hops on a motorcycle to meet her lover Alain Delon. The new bride Rebecca leaves her marital bed in Alsace and sets off on a motorbike to join her lover in Heidelberg ; along the way, she indulges in psychedelic fantasies in which she relives the evolution of the relationship with both of them. Production Edit The film takes its title from Rebecca's dressing scene, in which it is shown that she is wearing nothing under the full- length motorcycle suit. The feature film was supposed to compete at the 1968 Cannes Film Festival, but the event was interrupted following the events of May 68 Parisian strikes/Riots in France .
