This dime had turned black & Blue, and it had heavy corrosion reflecting crusty and furry surface damage. My neighbor suggested I try soaking it in water and gently rubbing, repeating until the surfaces became clear. This is what did occur. Seller FYI: I have severe spinal injuries and long covid complications that cause tremors, spasms, high pain/numbness, vision change and more.
