You can Cap It off with a re-pop plastic cover sold separately, Lay a carpet cover with Velcro attachments so it doesn't slide off, or visit your nearest upholstery shop & they can custom stitch a cover any color or material from vinyl to suede leather & or embroider your name, a small truck in the corner, a coyote howling at the moon, just about anything etc. etc. Condition Issue Pictures 3 & 4 show 1 small cracks along the bottom in each photo, pictures 7 & 8 show a crack in the center where it curves & a wrinkled corner edge, pictures 9 & 10 show cracks in the center speaker grille area, pictures 12 & 13 show 2 cracks in the center area where it curves & at the bottom leg the vinyl has separated from the pad & will need to be heated with a hair dryer & upholstery glue applied to get it back in place. Many of the cracks & wrinkled corners etc. will go unseen once installed in your truck or they can be repaired by filling them with JB weld or some other brand of sand-able epoxy etc. & then you can paint to match your interior if need be. I noticed 2 of the mounting clips on the steel core are missing on the backside as well. There is no open area on the Dash Pad to see a V.I.N. Number however if you look at the backside of the dash pad it looks like you may be able to cut an opening with an Exacto knife in the vinyl if you want that area open for viewing.
