You can fill this in with epoxy & paint. Pictures 6 & 7 show cracks in the center speaker grille area. Many of the cracks will go unseen once installed in your truck or they can be repaired by filling them with JB weld or some other brand of sand-able epoxy etc. & then you can paint to match your interior if need be.
