Description: The program is in excellent condition with very light wear. There are no tears, creases, or writing in this program. Numerous pictures were taken to assist with the condition and content of the program. The final race of the 1974 season was held at Ontario Motor Speedway on November 24th. The 1974 Winston Cup Champion, Richard Petty, would start on the pole and lead the field of 40 cars to the green flag in front of 43,348 fans. Bobby Allison won this race in a Roger Penske owned #12 Matador. Following post race inspection, he was fined for illegal valve lifters but kept the victory. Finishing second was David Pearson, followed by Cale Yarborough, AJ Foyt, and Buddy Baker. Please review the other racing items I have listed.
