There are 443 girders, 169 window panels, 14 roof sections, 8 elevator pcs. and 3 floor panels. Some of the panels have damage as shown in photos. You may not be able to complete all the buildings in the booklet but would make a nice starter kit or add-on to an existing kit. Original box is tattered and will NOT be shipped due to excessive shipping cost and condition.
