Bearings will need to be replaced. The chrome rod has some plier marks. Please look over the images of the parts, as they are the best indicator of the condition of the parts. All that is pictured is included. Generally external parts i.e. body, suspension, plastics may require some cleaning. Normal scuffs and scratches from regular use may be visible on the parts.
