Retarded Citizen Association, Upper Pinellas County - The more than 300 persons who attended the "Evening With Chef d' Oeuf" benefit party Friday couldn't have been more dazzled by the profusion of colorful flowers and magnificent paintings than the nearly 20 wide-eyed, smiling retarded children and adults who were taken on a sneak preview tour early that afternoon. Their faces lighted up with expressions of wonder and delight when they saw paintings that they liked - a colorful clown, a charming African cat gazing at a butterfly - and they showed their appreciation of the precious objects and and plants with a quiet respect.
