Description: 1979 Seiko SQ Sports 7546-6040 Pepsi Bezel Quartz Day/Date Vintage Watch Please read before buying; This watch runs well & has just had a new battery fitted. Unfortunately the Crystal ideally wants replacing and the bezel doesn’t rotate, it’s stuck in its slightly off centred position. About the watch & condition: Here we have a nice Seiko SQ Sports watch with a lovely Pepsi bezel. It’s powered by a quartz movement which has just had a new battery. More details below; This is a great looking watch with a nice black dial as shown with the quickset day/date complication which is working perfectly. There’s some minor wear to the lume and the Crystal will want replacing as mentioned. The bezel has faded slightly and there is some marks however it looks good overall. As mentioned the bezel is stuck in its current position so this may want looking at. The case also looks good with the crown located at the 4 o’clock position as shown. It’s got some light scratches which you’d expect from a pre owned vintage watch but nothing major at all. It’s sat on its original Seiko SQ bracelet which matches the watch well. It’s a good size & will fit a wrist of up to 7 1/2 Inches. There’s some general wear similar to the case but overall it looks good and works well! This watch is a battery powered watch which means it runs from a battery, no need to reset the time each time the watch is worn.
