JOE WOLVERINE This is one of the cleaner Wolverines you will find on Ebay. Item is in very good condition, All the pieces fit together well. Nothing has been glued or repaired, it has been cleaned well and the stickers placement looks very good, Color is still good and vibrant. Front left tow bar is intact - the right one is broken off and missing, all towrope guide clips are intact. All the body parts fit together well, all 4 wheels fit well and roll fine, the left and right treads fit snug. The custom cast aftermarket repro light grey tow-rope fits tight on both ends and is good for display. The rear hitch is intact and is ready to tow a HAL, Whirlwind or MMS! The rear bumper assembly fits snug into the body , the two rear tow-bars are still intact. The original engine cover fits snug. The missile platform fits tight and swivels fine, the missile launcher rotates up and down smoothly and holds position. All 12 missiles are present, are in good condition and fit snug. The Wolverine is an armored missile carrier that was deployed by the G.I. Joe team in its never ending war against Cobra in 1983. Usually manned by Cover Girl (or other ordnance-minded Joes), this vehicle is essentially an oversized missile launcher, capable of traversing the terrain at a sure, steady, and safe 33 miles per hour. It has these vehicular statistics and capabilities: Body Armor: part of its very operating description, the Wolverine is a heavily armored vehicle as a general rule of thumb. The Wolverine a very heavy metal object, accounting for its Body rating, and is enhanced by solid steel armor plating, which provides for the Protection given to the driver within. Gear Cases: the Wolverine is fully equipped with a large array of gear that its pilot may need in the field, in the event of various emergencies. Spread about the Wolverine are various cases filled with first aid kits, mechanical tool kits, road working kits, sleeping bags, and even a small case for its pilots' arms and ammo, should the Wolverine get disabled and its driver have to fight it out directly. Missiles: the Wolverine's twin launchers are armed with twelve surface to surface, anti-tank or anti-personnel missiles. These missiles strike to inflict the damage and can do increased harm when striking a target in tandem. Optical Targeting System: the twin, rear-mounted missile launchers on the Wolverine are assisted by a powerful target acquisition system. Joe team, Courtney didn't hook up with the military right out of high school. After a few training missions with various members of the Joe team, old and new, Courtney eventually saw her first battle with Cobra on the very streets of Washington D.C., when the whole of the Cobra Command acted out a plot to poison the supply of U.S. currency. She managed to hold her own for quite a while, in fact, destroying a very large number of Hiss tanks before Cobra Commander ran her Wolverine down. Once she'd proven herself in this operation, Courtney went on to participate in an uncounted number of missions against Cobra and other terrorist forces, doing so for the duration of the time the Joe team was active. Of course, over the years, Courtney began to serve a more administrative role within the Joe team, helping to coordinate covert operations as assigned to the team by General Hawk. Exactly what Courtney did when the G.I.
