Her outfit appears clean and I just realized she may be missing a hair bow. She does talk and I will add what she has said for me after the description. Her pull string on the back works fine. I would suggest reading the instructions before pulling just to know how the toys work, etc. Included in the original opened plastic baggie are a small cloth drawstring pouch, comb, brush, mirror, present and toy. All of those fit into her right hand and two for sure prompt her to talk about that item when it is there. Shipping will be UPS or Ground Advantage.
