Description: 1986 Hasbro GI Joe HAVOC Vehicle Vintage Parts or Repair Incomplete. Please see pictures Havoc is incomplete, and on the right side of the vehicle the side piece keeps popping off. As long as the gunner chair is down it stays on but when the gunner seat is lifted it pops off on the side. The windshield canopy also looks a little warped. Tried to show in pictures but I don't know if it can be seen. Any other pictures needed please message me.
